Football Management Testimony

Let me start by saying that Joe does everything 100 percent. He is passionate with what he does and wears his heart on his sleeve. I’m not sure as to how much sleep he has but he is always working on something to find ways of getting it better. Even when we are happy with what we have he will find a way of tweaking it and making it better. He has a vision of how things should be and always tries to make it perfect. He has worked endlessly to bring in a lot of sponsors from different companies to help support the team he runs all by himself making the team look and feel professional. He has made the team and the parents feel like one big family so he always gets them offering their support with helping out if needed.
